ADJUSTABLE GUIDE BUSHES

Schlenker adjustable guide bushes are designed and manufactured to offer maximum precision and reliability.
By using them, you improve the processing quality and precision of your machines considerably.

USE OF ADJUSTABLE GUIDE BUSHES

The adjustable guide bushes are used for workpiece guidance. They are manually adjusted to the guide diameter via the adjusting nut. As standard, our guide bushes are equipped with a carbide insert, this ensures a longer service life and higher wear resistance. For special applications, they are also available with an extended guide length.

USE OF EXTENDED GUIDE BUSHES

The extended guide bushes are used for workpiece guidance. They are manually adjusted to the guide diameter via the adjusting nut. As standard, our guide bushes are equipped with a carbide insert, this ensures a longer service life and higher wear resistance. A longer retraction oft he material and processing a larger sub-spectrum are enables. Extended guide bushes have a guide surfcae up to 40 mm and a high concentricity.
