Flexible SDK guide bush

  • Highest flexibility due to integrated spring package
  • Completely made from single piece
  • High concentricity
  • Can be grinded up to one millimeter
  • Cost effective - grinded bushes may continue to be used
  • Prevents chips from getting caught in bush
  • Guide closes completely and protects the material to be processed from pressure marks and contamination

    • No burr or dirt residues in guiding sleeve

    Programmable guide bush

    • The guide bush comes in UP version as a standard, vulcanized and with sleeve
    • The Axfix guide bush has been specially designed for Traub machines. It is currently used in the TNL 18 (T223 Axfix 902860) and is also intended for future use in the TNL32 (T229 Axfix 907820)
    • Advantages: 
      Optimal adaptation to various rod materials.
      Rapid adjustment of guide bush (by means of pneumatic adjustment of guide pressure).
      Material clamping for milling, parting-off and recessing operations if there is no Z-movement of the main spindle (as with all programmable Schlenker guide bushes for Traub machines).
    • High process security due to:
      Cleanliness by means of vulcanization
      Automatic material defect compensation
    • Differences between already existing programmable guide bushes and Axfix guide bushes:
      Larger relief bores
      Longer slits
